AmerinRio officially began the new year as U.S. representatives of famous Samba School in Rio.

1 January 2006--Fort Lauderdale, Fl

October 2005 we met with Paulo Vianna President of Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel and verbal agreement was made to be the Official representatives of one of Rio's more famous Samba Schools. In January we make it official as Mocidade's official representatives in the United States and around the world..

Our Organization gets official name AmerinRio Carnival

01, January, 2006--Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

December 2005 we had several names to choose from and finally decided on AmerinRio Carnival. the

name comes from American businesses doing business with Brazilian Businesses in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

We incorporated as AmerinRio Carnival, Inc.

March, 2006--Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

 

March 6, we were officially incorporated as a Florida Non-Profit corporation with three board members.

Crsitina Oliveira was unanimously elected as President/CEO, Donald McElfresh was elected as Vice President/Treasurer and William Reyes was elected as Secretary of the corporation..
