Dear Donald,
At AmerinRio we are making a lot
of new and exciting changes. We
are changing the look and feel
of our website to make it more
user friendly.
We now have seven affiliate
organizations that we support.
We support these organizations
with administrative duties,
cash, material items, event
planning, and other needs. Our
goal is to help foster growth
with these affiliates to help
them become self sustaining. We
use strict criteria to insure
that these organizations meet
the standards and guidelines
that are required by us for
local, state and federal
governments. We also look at
these organizations for
community need, community
benefit and community
citizenship strengthening. They
must be able to lead
humanity to prosperity
through their programs, events
and social obligations to their
communities.
We have already begun the
initial stages for
Project Amazonas
which will include either
building a world class resort
hotel or refurbishing an
existing building. Project
Amazonas includes;
the Dolphin Hotel Project,
Save the Rain Forest Campaign
and
Save the Pink Dolphins Campaign.
The Dolphin Hotel Project will
accommodate tourism to the area,
increase employment and generate
new revenue for the town of
Tabatinga, Brazil, Leticia,
Colombia, and Benjamin Constant,
Brazil. The hotel will also be a
teaching facility for the
hospitality industry and our
programs to save the rain
forest. We are scheduling to
teach the following subjects:
hotel management, hotel
maintenance and services, and a
culinary arts school to train
new chefs. These are just a few
of the many subjects in the
planning stages. We will invite
experts from around the world to
teach and give seminars on ways
to save the rain forest. These
programs will be directed at
rain forest conservation, land
preservation, soil conservation
and preservation methods to keep
the rain forest intact for
future generations. These
methods also include the great
Amazon River and its
tributaries. Without the river
the rain forest would
disappear.

The Dolphin Hotel, Pink Dolphin
Tours and Rain Forest Tours are part
of ARCGroup Unlimited International,
Inc. of which AmerinRio, Inc. a 501
(c) 3 registered non profit owns a
60% stake. The outstanding shares
are available at the moment for
private investors only. If you wish
to know more about investing you
should contact us for a prospectus.
The Dolphin Hotel is a for profit
venture and a percentage of the
revenue generated from this venture
will go to support the Dolphin Hotel
Project and the **two campaigns that
we have on an ongoing basis.
Depending on the revenue generated
from tourism, hotel accommodations,
conferences, Pink Dolphin Tours and
Rain Forest Tours will depend on
dividends distributed to
shareholders.
The Dolphin Hotel Project is a
project that encompasses many
aspects of teaching and training for
the hospitality industry. We
anticipate that we will have many
people sign up for our training
courses for the furtherance of their
careers or moving into new careers.
The project will gain many of its
initial students from the local
areas. After our ad campaign we
anticipate a much larger student
base. Most will come from other
parts of Brazil, Colombia and Peru.
Upon the successful completion of
this project and after our second
year of operations we will do the
same in another city such as Rio de
Janeiro or other city that needs a
facility such as this.

but more than that it is for
kids by kids. Children will
write the articles and
assist in its publication
being supervised by adults.

Web Site Changes
|
T  he
AmerinRio web site is undergoing
some changes. We are changing
the look functionality and ease
of navigation.
Over the next several months you
will begin to notice the
changes. Some will be subtle
others will be very drastic. Our
goal is to make the web site
more informative about us, our
programs, projects, campaigns
and events. Our website will be
designed to spark our visitor's
interest, curiosity and answer
questions. We want to make the
website as interactive as
possible with activities and
events which will foster
volunteerism and public
participation.

Leading Humanity to
Prosperity
|
We do not plan to have all the
answers to solve global poverty but
our goal is to change the way we
think about the subject. For example
no one lives below the poverty
line-instead they live below the
line of prosperity. This train of
thought is the same as a gas tank
being half full or half empty? Are
you halfway into the forest or
halfway out? Prosperity is the key
word to change the effects of
poverty. We would dare not say we
are going to lead humanity to
poverty. So why do we constantly
refer to the problem and not the
solution. The solution to poverty is
to think, say and do the opposite
which comes form the key word
prosperity. Being prosperous is what
its all about.
May all of your days be
prosperous. Everyday brings us more
prosperity and we are sharing that
with every human being we can. We
are excited about the changes in the
wind.
