The Company
The Company began operating in
October, 2005. We were officially incorporated as a
Florida non-profit organization on March 6, 2006.
The company is to be a professionally managed
organization to help secure financing and promote
the mission of AmerinRio, Inc. which is
Global Poverty Minimization.
As mentioned in the section
Background, the funds raised from this event the
International Carnaval Championships will be
invested into *The Poverty Minimization Fund which
will then be dispersed into our mission *Global
Poverty Minimization and used in our social, health,
education, and economic programs in the USA and
abroad.
Background
Cristina R. Oliveira, President/CEO and Donald
McElfresh Vice President, the Founders of
AmerinRio, Inc., recognized this opportunity as
one of enormous value and realized this task has
a far greater use and presents an enormous
opportunity to promote the greatest need of all
humanity; that is Global Poverty Minimization.
We formed two new projects; Global Poverty
Minimization and The Poverty Minimization Fund.
The Poverty Minimization Fund is to be the fund
we will use to support all of our programs to
minimize the effects of poverty on all society.
We have joined hands with the United Nations,
U.N.I.C.E.F. and locally with the COSAC
Foundation, and other organizations to stand up
against poverty in the year 2015.
