AmerinRio Celebrates One
Year in Rio de Janeiro

January

2009
marked our first year of doing business
in Brazil.
With the official
approval and recognition of the
Brazilian Government in Brazil we
celebrated the opening of our new
offices in Rio de Janeiro on January
15th,
2008
With this done we accomplished one of
our biggest goals for
2007.
We are very excited about all
the new and exciting things taking place
in Brazil. More new and exciting things
are in the wings now and will be taking
place over the next few months and well
into the rest of the year.
We have many volunteers
already working for us in Rio and we
anticipate more by the years end. As we
move into the new year we have many new
and exciting projects coming up and
would love to have all of our readers
join with us to make these things
happen. We have a couple of new projects
we have started in the little town of
Tabatinga in the Amazon region of
Brazil. We have also started a new
campaign that is a little off our beaten
path. In Rio we are continuing our
efforts with education, health issues,
micro-finance and social programs. Here
is a partial list of projects, campaigns
and programs to help lead humanity to
prosperity:

clothing that was donated from late
October to mid December last year. Mr.
Casemiro and one of our volunteers.
spent many hours sorting and bagging the
clothing to give to the people in need.
The donations also included stuffed
animals and toys for the kids.

At AmerinRio we will give those
less fortunate the tools to help
themselves. One of the key ingredients
to prosperity is how you view your
situation. By giving them hope and
inspiration we can teach them that from
where they are there is only one way,
up. Many multi-millionaires have been
destitute, homeless and a feeling of
hopelessness. But that did not stop them
from amassing millions. Everywhere we
look we can find opportunity around us.
It is our belief that we can provide
everyone a vision that they too can
overcome their situation.

Project gets Makeover.
Soon we will be
adding links to our old project--Project
Amazonas. Although it is
one of our old projects it is
getting a face lift and will be a
sub site of AmerinRio. Project
Amazonas is a project to bring
awareness to the public about the
people of the Amazon Region in South
America. Which includes Brazil,
Columbia and Peru. This project
includes a remodeling an existing
hotel to accommodate hotel guests.
This endeavor is called; The Dolphin
Hotel Project we will use the
proceeds from the hotel to support
our Hospitality Training Programs

One
mobile
blood collection vehicle
in major cities around the world
will significantly change the
blood supply nationally
as well as
globally.
This is a project to help collect
the blood needed to replenish
hospital
supplies
and supply clinics the much
needed blood that is in such
short supply and high demand
Brazil and in many countries
around the world.

BLUMENAU,
Brazil (AP) — Forecasters
warned Friday that yet more
rain could fall this weekend
on waterlogged southern
Brazil, raising fears of
renewed mudslides in a
region where at least 100
people have died due to
storms.
Santa
Catarina state's civil
defense department said in a
statement that mudslides
killed most of the victims,
with floods killing most of
the rest. Nineteen people
were still missing and at
least 78,000 people in 14
cities were still forced to
shelter with relatives or
friends or in churches,
schools and other public
buildings.
After
surveying large areas hit by
the mudslides, experts at
Sao Paulo's Technological
Research Institute said
tragedy could strike again
because the earth is still
saturated with water.
